We do require 2 years of Washington retail cannabis experience. College and management history is a plus. Spanish bilingual also a plus. We are progressive with paid time off, performance-based sales bonuses, and a generous employee purchase program. Tips are great in the range between $80-$120 per shift (no pooled tips). Health and Dental reimbursement at 50% for the first year then 75%. 401K with up to a 3.5% match after 6 months. Education is a focus for us with ongoing daily education to improve your skills. Wage: $16.66-$18 hr + Tips DOE Benefits: Paid time off, sales bonuses, employee discount, tips, health and dental, 401K. Must-have Qualifications: • 21 years of age or older • Excellent Cannabis knowledge • Customer service experience • 2 years + budtending experience. • Pass background check • Uniform required.
