Cook Seeking experienced weekend brunch cook. Must have knives and can follow check lists and instructions. Work without supervision, self motivated and willing to learn. Must have experience with blenders, juicers, mincers and most cooking tools and appliances. Can follow recipes for sauces, Aioli's, batters, vinaigrettes. Experience with Fish and shellfish a big plus Must work a "clean as you go" station at all times.
