Description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate tree climber and/or arborist and to join our team. We are a highly rated tree removal and tree pruning service that services the I-90 corridor w/ an emphasis on Kittitas county (Snoqualmie Pass, Cle Elum, and Ellensburg). We occasionally work in the Bellevue - North Bend areas. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, professional tree care services. Short-term / as-needed housing available for qualified candidates. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of arboriculture and tree removal, tree pruning, and related rope and rigging skills. You should have a proven track record in: • Advanced Tree Climbing: Proficient in various climbing techniques, including SRT and DRT, and experienced in safely accessing trees for various tasks. • Tree Removal: Expert in technical and high-risk tree removals, including rigging and strategic felling in confined or complex spaces. • Tree Pruning: Knowledgeable in industry-standard pruning techniques (e.g., ANSI A300 standards) to improve tree health, structure, and aesthetics. • Equipment Operation: Skilled in operating and maintaining equipment like chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders, mini-ski, excavator experience a plus. • Safety: Committed to following all safety protocols and procedures on the job site. Requirements • 3 years of professional experience as an arborist or tree climber. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Current arborist certifications (ISA Certified Arborist, etc.) are a plus, but not required. • Your own climbing gear and saws is preferred, but we can discuss options. Lift Maintenance Mechanic– Dept 65 Do you enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, working with large equipment, unafraid of heights and providing exceptional service? Our Lift Maintenance department could be a good fit for you! Position Specific Duties: Operate chairlifts within the guidelines of Washington State tramway safety committee rules and ansi b77 code books. Required to conduct Daily, Weekly, and monthly inspections for any existing or potential problems, to maintain and repair lifts according to prescribed procedures see maintenance manuals.
