We are a well-established landscaping and office facility seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Grounds Maintenance Worker. This full-time role involves maintaining clean, safe, and organized offices and outdoor grounds. Main office: 5 private offices, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and reception Supervisor office: 3 private offices and 1 bathroom Duties include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, taking out trash, and cleaning the kitchen and reception area. Example, vacuums must be cleaned out between each residence and filter must be replaced; Dirty Cleaning Towels are not transferred or used between multiple properties; etc. - Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to promote a healthy environment. Example: Dirty cleaning towels are not transferred or used between multiple properties; clean top to bottom and change out gloves when needed; do not stand on chairs or climb shelves; etc. Skills: - Proven experience in cleaning roles such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services.
