No work required – I will personally come, set everything up, and make sure it’s running properly. The setup is about the size of two standard desktop towers, quiet, and uses a reasonable amount of power. Compensation: $400/month. Requirements: Stable high-speed internet connection. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in general building systems, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to solving maintenance challenges. This position also provides the opportunity to expand into new technical areas through on-the-job learning and cross-training. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical components. Respond to maintenance tickets in a timely and professional manner, minimizing downtime and disruption to building operations.
