IMMEDIATE START!! Looking for an experienced seasonal sausage maker in a wild game processing plant (season goes from Sep 1 through early Feb) with continued employment each season thereafter. Position requires standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 65 lbs above your shoulders. Overtime expected during peak. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. Must be able to read and write English. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with a Vemag machine as well as some knowledge of an automated clipping machine (TipperTie), Hollymatic grinder, and Hobart mixer.
