TRP is seeking a Longline Road Striper- Painting Foreman to become part of our Highway Striping Team. Requirements Job Responsibilities: ·         Assist Highway Striping Crew in Installation of Thermoplastic, Waterborne Paint, Epoxy/Polyurea, and other Pavement Marking Materials. ·         Perform Layout according to specifications. ·         Perform Pre-trip and Post-trip Inspections when operating motor vehicles. ·         Make sure vehicles are kept clean, inside and out, are in working order, and properly loaded daily. ·         Control Traffic passing near, in, and around Work Zone. The ability to read drawings is necessary. Physically, workers must be able to: Stand or walk for long periods; lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more; climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects and carry tools and equipment; and see (naturally or with correction). The ability to work at heights, at extreme temperatures, and to wear company safety equipment is essential. Experience with crew leadership and professional communication with customers.
