Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt Requirements Job Responsibilities: ·       Oversee and coordinate traffic control operations on job sites. ·       Train and supervise crew members in traffic control procedures and safety protocols. ·       Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations. ·       Perform site assessments and ensure proper placement of traffic control devices. ·       Coordinate with local authorities and project managers to ensure project specifications are met. ·       Ensure that all equipment and materials are available for the crew. ·       Inspect work zones to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. ·       Provide feedback to crew members and address any performance issues. Qualifications: ·       Previous experience in traffic control or similar role required. (preferred) ·       Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. ·       Must have a valid driver’s license ·       Knowledge of traffic control procedures and regulations. ·       Strong organizational and communication skills. Physical Requirements: ·       Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. ·       Regular exposure to varied outdoor weather conditions and moving traffic. ·       Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Availability: ·       May require working nights and weekends. ·       Must be available for overtime and occasional overnight travel.
