Part Time Night Auditor / Guest Services Representative – Hospitality Ambassador (Downtown Charleston) We’re always looking for qualified candidates to join our team! Responsibilities: • Greet and assist hotel guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests. • Provide city, dining, and tour information. • Process reservation bookings for both the hotel and Grill 225. • Enter guest details and special requests into our system. • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly with attention to detail. • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure luxury service standards. Requirements: • 2+ years in a Guest Services, concierge, or customer service role. • Established work history with at least 1 year at a previous job. • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to follow procedures. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Schedule Flexibility: The ideal candidate will have flexibility and be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays. The primary part-time work hours for this position will be from 11pm to 7am, two days per week. Full-time employment will also be considered for candidates who are willing to work additional shifts, such as 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, alongside the part-time night audit duties. Candidates will be required to complete training as a Guest Services Representative before starting night audit training. This will ensure they have the necessary knowledge to succeed in the role. Guest Services training will be conducted from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm to provide full exposure to the required duties.
