Experience serving 1-2 yrs perferred! PT server position (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 22-25 hrs with potential for more hours. ▪ Greet all as they arrive and provide excellent customer service! ▪ Take beverage and food orders from guests ▪ Assist the Kitchen Staff with washing of dishes when appropriate ▪ Execute opening and closing Checklists ▪ Communicate issues and guest feedback to owner ▪ Serve alcoholic drinks consistent with Alcohol Beverage Controls guidelines. ▪ Accept guest payment, process credit card charges in an accurate manner ▪ Wash glassware. ▪ Run food and bus tables ▪ Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the service area including dining floor, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, bathroom and storage areas. ▪ Conduct inventory on appropriate day ▪ Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. ▪ Be available to fill in as needed

Carol's Restaurant in West Sacramento is hiring for a breakfast/lunch line cook. 5 days a week, must work weekends, we are flexible on the other 3 days. Shift will be 6am or 7am start until 2pm or 3pm. Must have breakfast experience and be fast on cooking eggs/omelets.

Washing accessible windows, wiping mirrors, 8. Hosing down and sweeping trash can area (cans are moved) 9. Dusting ceiling corners and fixtures and frames with long reach duster 10. Picking up litter in concrete back yard, bagging trash 11. Sweeping garage and mopping dusting cobwebs.
