Known for our refined interiors, warm hospitality, and elevated menu, we’re seeking an experienced Mixologist to execute a curated cocktail program with precision and professionalism. About the Role: As a Mixologist, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position requires in-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, proper technique, and a confident, warm presence behind the bar. You’ll be trusted with batching, prepping, garnishing, and serving elevated cocktails consistently—every time. About the Role: As the face behind the bar, you’ll execute a well-developed seasonal cocktail list, incorporating clarified cocktails, fat-washed spirits, amaro-forward drinks, and signature riffs on the classics. You’ll work closely with management to ensure that every cocktail served meets the highest level of quality, consistency, and presentation.
