We are a small and highly respected Burbank based employment litigation defense firm. We represent public entities and public agencies in civil lawsuits. We are seeking an experienced employment litigation attorney with 5 + years’ experience in all aspects of litigation and case management. Our office operates REMOTELY. We are looking for an attorney who enjoys legal challenges, creative thinking, and a teamwork environment. Our mission is to defend and protect our clients with a team of experienced and seasoned attorneys who love their jobs, provide excellent legal services to our clients, and enjoy working in a team that offers a pleasant and cooperative working environment. Our ideal candidate is an attorney who has experience in case management from start to finish, including demurrers, answers, written discovery, depositions, court appearances, witness interviews, law and motion, and trial preparation. Proven skill and experience in research, analysis, and writing of pleadings and motions are required. Trial experience is a plus, as is experience working for public entities. We do not mind if you have a gap in your employment experience. Full –Time, Part-time, Salaried or Contract attorneys welcome. Hourly salary range is between $85 and $100 per hour, depending on experience and skill.
