Experienced Resident Manager wanted to manage the daily operations of a Self-Storage facility located in the Salem area. $17.00 to $19.00 hour to start, commissions, paid holiday's, employer supplemented health insurance, two weeks' vacation after the first year. Two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath apartment, with all utilities included! Apartment also includes a bonus room, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, and patio area. Must have computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle.
