We are seeking a Dynamic Commissary Manager to join our team at Belle's at our Bakery in Pasadena! We're looking for an individual that is excited about growing the business and new opportunities. Responsibilities: Oversee daily baking and prep for bagels, pastries, and other items Manage production schedules and prep lists to ensure consistent quality and supply Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Order, track, and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering efficiency and speed Collaborate with GM and CDC on menu development, specials and holiday preorders Ability to produce new menu items in a timely manner under the direction of the CDC Produce creative product Ability to delegate daily tasks to all team members Holding the quality of the food to the highest standard by regularly monitoring prep and tasting the food Qualifications: Previous baking and kitchen management experience Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills Proficiency in Labor and Budget Management Knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed Passion for great food and attention to detail
