Tues-Fri 7:00AM-12-1:00PM) bakery help to assist the Head Baker working in our fast-paced baking facility. Daily tasks include: • Make crusts and fill and bake a variety of flavors of our All-Natural cheesecakes. • De-pan, cut and package cheesecakes for customer orders and inventory. • Use existing recipes and procedures to perform the tasks daily. • Work with commercial equipment, making basic cheesecake crust and baking per the daily production schedule. • Work on the daily production schedule, flavor basic cheesecake mixture, and fill a variety of cheesecake types. • Basic cheesecake top decorating • Work with minimal supervision, following all safety standards. You should have a working knowledge of food safety and the proper use of bakery and kitchen equipment. Hours are part time, 20-30 hours a week. mornings.
