Good day, we have a private room for rent in our 3bed/2 townhouse located in a residential complex call Parkmerced in San Francisco next to SFSU and close to CCSF. Our house is very welcoming, peaceful and quiet space with a bathed in light. It's a very accessible area with many source of transportation like buses, muni trains, bart and close distance to 280 freeway; close to Stonestown mall and within short distance of Weslake Shopping center, restaurants and entreteinment as well, This room is ideal for a student because it's proximity to SFSU, preferably female due to a share bathroom with two others females, the room is private and semi-furnished which can be removed it doesn't need, it comes with a TV and has a small closet, carpet just washed and it has plenty of light.
