Intensive Service Foster parents are greatly needed. El Shaddai Foster Family Agency is seeking foster/resource parents who have a desire to open their heart and their home to foster children who require additional help and support to overcome the consequences of past trauma and loss. ISFC Foster care reimbursements are approximately $3100 per month. ISFC parent(s) are provided trauma informed trainings and continued education to assist in the preparation of care for these children and continued learning to enhance your abilities over time. All ISFC parents will be provided with a case worker and a trained staff person to provide in-home therapeutic care. Children will be connected with behavioral health specialists to assist in the healing process, counseling services and in some cases, medication management. This position is a 3-day (24-hrs part-time) live-in caregiver. Cook, clean, and give meds to 14 adults. Need a very responsible, reliable, and can provide the residents with what they need. The residents are ambulatory (capable of taking their own showers, and they come and go). Some experience working with caring for adults is required.
