Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience managing facilities design, or coordinating projects involving design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling. Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited institution. Preferred: An active Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
