Requirements About you Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, delivering enterprise-level projects—preferably in Conversational AI or Contact Center environments. Proven track record managing multiple, simultaneous projects in a professional services or consulting setting, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding core concepts of Conversational AI to independently build and manage project plans.
