GAC Enterprises, LLC is a well-established telecommunication construction company looking for a Telecom Project Manager to join our New Mexico team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will work closely with clients, and contractors, to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction, and will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a salaried position, with work times to be determined by the needs of the project and company. In addition, the Project Manager will receive and be responsible for a Company vehicle, Cell Phone, Laptop, and Company Credit Card. All items are subject to audit and are to be used for the strict and sole purpose of performing job functions. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Set project milestones and monitor progress toward goals Resolve conflicts and identify potential risks or issues Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Prepare project reports and present updates to clients and management Work with field supervision to manage project risk and give direction based on information Deal with day-to-day customer interactions to ensure project needs Perform weekly audits on a project to verify progress, ensure quality, and meet forecast projections Hold weekly Project overview meetings with the field team Audit all project closeout packages to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables to the customer Ensure field personnel is adhering to all company policies and procedures Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Travel as needed Additional duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field 5-8 years of experience in construction management or related field Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to read engineering drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and the overall relationship manager for a number of PAC and advocacy technology and website services clients. The Client Relations Manager will oversee all post-sale activities associated with the client and will be responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and within budget. Train clients on the proper use of the PAC and/or advocacy software to meet their program goals and objectives. Serve as the liaison between the customer and the internal technical teams and translate general business requirements into high level technical specifications. Document custom technical product requirements originating from clients and test those custom features once deployed by the development team. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities. Attend events and conferences as a representative of the company and the department. Salary Range: $60k-$72k per year Requirements BA/BS in political science, communications, business, international affairs or related field. 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Proven track record in the area of customer relationship management. Professional and interpersonal skills required to develop and foster positive relationships. Project management proficiency. Technical proficiency in the areas of web based applications. Basic HTML knowledge. Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to research issues quickly and thoroughly and develop succinct messaging based on research. This is a long term consulting engagement with an estimated salary range of $130-140k.
