Long terms are also welcome! The monthly cost is $1050.00 Furnished living room, dining room, and renovated kitchen with recently installed disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, cups, mugs, silverware for your use. This is a non-smoking apartment, smoking cigarettes not allowed inside the property but we have plenty of outdoor spaces as well as front and a back porch. Washer and dryer are located inside the premises. Parking is free and on site. The neighborhood is also fairly quiet despite being in the city. Other tenant is an international student/ researcher. No broker or agent fees, only first/ last month and a security deposit equal to a month rent which will be refunded at the end of the lease are required.
