We specialize in foundation reinforcement, hillside stabilization, seismic retrofitting, and structural framing. We’re growing fast and seeking driven individuals to join our team as Structural Project Development Consultants. This is a commission-only role with high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calling. Top consultants earn $100K–$200K+, with our best performers exceeding $350,000 annually. Responsibilities: - Meet with pre-qualified leads (homeowners, contractors, real estate professionals). - Conduct on-site evaluations of foundations, hillsides, and structural framing. - Develop customized solutions within client budget and structural needs. - Present proposals and close high-value structural repair projects. - Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and production teams post-sale. - Maintain CRM records and follow up as needed. As a Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding pipes and related components according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards. Your expertise in various welding techniques, your ability to work with different pipe materials, and your commitment to safety and quality are crucial for the success of our project. Responsibilities: --Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications to determine welding requirements. --Select appropriate welding procedures, techniques, and filler metals based on project specifications and pipe materials (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel). --Prepare pipe surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and beveling edges. --Perform various welding processes, including SMAW (stick), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW, in accordance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API). --Lay out, fit, and tack weld pipes and components prior to final welding. --Perform visual inspections and may conduct other non-destructive testing (NDT) as required to ensure weld quality. --Maintain weld quality and integrity, ensuring welds meet or exceed project specifications. --Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe welding practices. --Inspect and maintain welding equipment and tools.
