Requirements: * Proven experience as a Stucco Finisher or Plasterer, with a strong portfolio of interior work. * Must be proficient in applying a 3-coat plaster system. * Expertise in both hard trowel and float finishing. * Ability to pass a comprehensive background check is mandatory for this specific job. Carpenter Position.. The person best suited for this position is well rounded in carpentry with a background in building is a plus. This is a multi tasking type role..Great people skills is a must. Our projects include new homes, additions and renovations.. Required Skills: Must have at least 10 years of carpentry/building experience. Understand the required steps/stages to build a home from the ground up. Strong finish skills and the ability to install all types of trim and crown moldings. Install full kitchens Ability to frame decks, porches and basic wall systems. Install various types of flooring (large projects are subbed out) Ability to identify load bearing structures. Basic skills in drywall, tile, concrete and other areas is a plus. Must have at least 10 years of carpentry/building experience. Located in Hampton and jobs are through out Eastern NH and Southern Maine. Must have a transportation to and from job sites and basic tools..
