The salary range for this position is $25.82 - $26.44 per hour.  Desired Skills and Qualifications At least two years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance a plus. Looking for a Fabricator/Yard assistant for a ground improvement company. Main welding process is dual shield on mild and hardened steel. Fabrication skills are preferred. All tools will be provided. Please have your own PPE to start. Majority of daily tasks are welding and fabricating of tooling to be sent out into the field for ongoing/upcoming projects. Training is available. Lead in diagnosing problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc. Schedule, monitor and perform maintenance, and respond to work order requests from residents.
