Primary Responsibilities: • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Arranging appointments and meetings • Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails and correspondence, and acting as a liaison between internal and external parties. • Document Management: Creating, editing, and filing documents, reports, and presentations. • Office Operations: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and assisting with basic bookkeeping or expense reports. • Data & Information Management: Performing data entry, maintaining databases, and organizing both physical and electronic filing systems. • Visitor & Client Support: Greeting visitors and acting as a first point of contact for inquiries. •Meeting Support: Preparing for meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.
