We are seeking skilled and reliable independent contractors to perform maintenance and repair tasks in apartments across the Continental United States. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as: - Plumbing: replace faucets, fix leaks, minor plumbing repairs. - Electrical: replace outlets, secure loose wires, minor electrical repairs. - Drywall repair. - Painting. - Carpentry: install cabinets, repair windows and doors, other minor carpentry jobs and repairs. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. - Other maintenance and repair tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with REAC/NSPIRE protocols preferred but not required. Looking for a well-organized person to come and work for our sustainable landscape-plant nursery company in Boynton Beach. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years in the landscape industry primarily working with plant installation. We are NOT a lawn or maintenance company. We create landscape & drainage designs and install plants primarily using tools and equipment. Do not call us if you are only interested in using a lawn mower, weed eater, or edger.
