Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it. Our group has been successful in metro atlanta for almost 30 years. We have projects from dunwoody, east cobb, canton, sandy springs, buckhead to grayson, snellville - all around the metro area. We stay busy and need dependable workers who love to work!!! Half of our business is exterior repairs but we do everything and have for years. We tackle basements, kitchens, baths, tile work and a ton of inspection repairs for local real estate agents. Skilled carpenters are earning $20/hr to $60/hr (cash) based on performance and output. Monthly performance bonus based on productivity and profitability.
