We are a busy Los Angeles–based commercial general contractor specializing in: • Commercial construction – offices, restaurants, retail, tenant improvements • Ongoing building maintenance – multi-unit and commercial properties • Select residential remodels – high-quality kitchens, baths, and additions We work on everything from high-end commercial buildouts to hands-on maintenance calls, and we’re looking for well-rounded, experienced tradespeople who can work independently and deliver quality results every time. ✅ About the Role You’ll be tackling a mix of commercial TI projects, building maintenance service calls, and small remodels. Jobs vary from week to week, including: Rough and finish carpentry Drywall install & repair (including tape/texture matching) Interior & exterior painting Flooring (tile, hardwood, LVP, laminate) Tile (showers, backsplashes, floors) Plumbing repairs & replacements (faucets, shower valves, disposals, water heaters) Electrical (fixtures, recessed lighting, outlets, GFIs, basic wiring) Door & window installation Concrete & masonry work General building repairs and troubleshooting 🛠 Must Be Skilled in at Least 5 of These: Finish Carpentry (trim, molding, cabinet install) Framing (rough & finish) Painting (interior/exterior) Drywall (install, patch, tape, texture) Plumbing (rough & finish) Electrical (fixtures, outlets, lighting) Tile Installation (floors, walls, backsplash) Flooring Installation (LVP, hardwood, tile, laminate) Concrete/Masonry (flatwork, blockwork) Doors & Windows Installation General Maintenance & Repairs 📋 Requirements: Own tools Reliable work truck (non-negotiable) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (valid Driver’s License & SSN) Smartphone with internet access Professional, dependable, and punctual Able to work independently and follow plans/drawings English required; Spanish is a plus 💵 Compensation & Schedule $25-35+ per hour depending on skills and experience Steady, year-round work – full-time Opportunity for overtime on larger projects Immediate start for the right candidate 📩 How to Apply (Read Before Replying) Send us: Full Name Phone Number (no number = no response) Top 5 trades you’re strongest in Brief work history or description of your last few projects We’re looking for true professionals who can handle a variety of commercial construction and building maintenance tasks with quality and efficiency.
