Duties and Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality, client-facing project materials for review, approval, and payment. Maintain and optimize relational databases to support efficient data collection, coordination, analysis, and reporting. Track, analyze, and report on internal metrics, including budget performance, energy savings, and contractual KPIs. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and manage program deliverables to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals, improve processes, and enhance service delivery. Assist the Program Manager in maintaining strong client relationships, managing communications, and addressing or escalating issues as needed. Develop, maintain, and improve internal policies, procedures, and documentation. Support monthly invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients. Provide responsive customer support via phone and email. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Madison, WI area. Bachelor’s of Science in an applicable field of study (GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications, including Excel Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as VBA or Python.   Comfortability completing a two-part assessment on programming in languages such as VBA and Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Preferred skills, education and experience Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. Prior experience working with database software or relational database systems (e.g., SQL, Access, Salesforce).
