Italian restaurant need a front of the house position including but not limited to make sandwiches, coffee, getting orders over the phone, packing, cleaning and etc. We need somebody that are willing to do a little of everything. Fluent English is required for this position. We are a small restaurant with a small but great crew that have been working together for years. Experience is good but not essential, we are willing to train anybody as long as you have the will to learn. Availability over the weekends are a must and we are looking for somebody that can start right away. Wages will vary according to the experience but will start from 15 an hour plus tips. Wipe down and reset tables with proper place settings (napkins, cutlery, glassware). Refill water glasses as needed. Assist in pre-bussing during service to keep tables uncluttered. Dining Room & Service Support Keep floors, chairs, and service areas clean and presentable. Carry food trays to and from kitchen when servers need support. Help servers by delivering bread, water, or condiments. Respond promptly when guests need extra napkins, cutlery, or high chairs. Back of House Support Bring dirty dishes and glassware to dishwashing area. Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and glassware properly for dishwashers. Restock service stations with napkins, utensils, water pitchers, and condiments. Teamwork & Hospitality Work closely with servers and hosts to ensure smooth service. Anticipate guest needs and act proactively (quietly and efficiently). Be attentive but not intrusive; move quickly and professionally. End of Shift Duties Reset dining room for next service (tables, chairs, floors, service stations). Restock supplies: napkins, utensils, condiments, water pitchers. Dispose of trash, recyclables, and linens in designated areas. Able to manage staircases carrying beer cases, empty bottles, heavy garbage, ice buckets and liquor bottles. Capable of moving beer kegs in the cooler. Michael's Restaurant, media, entertainment, celebrity watering hole, now in our 36th year of business, seeks qualified servers with excellent fine dining skills. FULL TIME Qualified applicants MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS OF NYC FINE DINING experience. Please do not respond if you do not. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION. Absolutely NO WALK-INS or phone calls. We are looking for servers who are team players with strong food, wine and service knowledge. Servers require solid computer and math skills. Experience with the Resy reservation system is a plus. If you can also tend bar, we will need you to train as a server to learn our tables and point of sale system. This is mandatory. We cross train servers for bartender and hosting as well, so please understand that this is part of the job that is being offered.

The Gutter is looking for an energetic and motivated part time floor manager. You will help maintain the bowling lane machines, create a great customer experience, and make sure our floor staff has what it needs to be excellent. We need someone hands-on who can be a great communicator. Bar and/or restaurant experience is a must. Mechanical aptitude is important, and our in-house licensed mechanic will provide lane training. The Gutter is a late night operation that runs until 2 am every night.
