Location: McLean, VA 22102 Schedule Options: AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM PM Shift: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week; potential for full-time growth) Compensation: $18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and education About FAZ Creative Education Learning Center: For more than 25 years, FAZ Creative Education Learning Center has provided high-quality early learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our play-based, developmentally focused environment fosters creativity, curiosity, and confidence in every child. We proudly implement the Experience Early Learning curriculum, use Brightwheel for family communication, and provide in-house professional development and developmental screening tools to support our educators and students alike. Position Overview: We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our caring, collaborative team. Whether leading your own classroom or supporting a lead teacher, you’ll help nurture young minds through hands-on exploration, creativity, and compassion. This position is ideal for educators who value teamwork, continuous learning, and a warm, child-centered community.
