Join our team of dedicated and skilled apartment professionals! We seek a motivated and dependable individual with property management experience and a desire to provide quality customer service. RESPONBSIBILITIES: - Processing rents, security and other deposits - Ensuring timely turnover and minimal vacancies - Service and enforcement of evictions - Scheduling service and maintenance requests - Ensuring timely completion of all duties by staff - Daily inspection of common areas, grounds and parking lots - Inspecting apartments for market-ready condition - Ensuring timely vacating of apartments - Inspecting vacated apartments - Approving vendor invoices and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy - Handle tenant issues and address after-hour emergencies as needed - Assure compliance with laws and regulations; interface with code-enforcement and other gov't agencies - Perform any other tasks as requested by the regional property manager REQUIREMENTS: - At least two years of property management experience, residential preferred - High School diploma or equivalency certificate - Valid driver's license and insured operable vehicle - Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, Excel and MS office - Excellent oral and written communication - Self-starting, attention to detail, excellent organization and problem-solving skills - Be a team player and treat others with respect - Must be bilingual English/Spanish (complete reading, writing and spoken fluency)

The Analyst will assist with data tracking and reporting, work order coordination, and vendor support, while also performing routine inspections and light hands-on maintenance tasks.
