Maxwell Security Services Is Hiring for part time swing shift. Palm Springs area. Must have a guard card and a good DMV record.

We are a company that is known for outstanding service and expect the same of our guards. we currently have a graveyard position available at one of our hotel properties. Position summary A&A Security Group is looking for disciplined, trustworthy Unarmed Security Officers to safeguard clients and assets across a variety of sites including corporate campuses, construction sites, events, and residential communities. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, enforces rules professionally, and represents our company with integrity. Primary duties Maintain a visible unarmed presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unlawful acts. Conduct scheduled and random patrols of assigned areas, check doors/gates, and secure premises. Operate access control points — verify IDs, log guests, and maintain visitor logs. Monitor and respond to alarm activations and suspicious activity; notify law enforcement when necessary. Write clear, timely incident reports and submit them per company procedure. Assist clients and the public with directions and basic information while maintaining security posture. Participate in regular firearms re-qualification and post orders/training. Required qualifications Must possess a valid state security guard license and an active unarmed/firearms permit for security work (state-specific).
