You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound service inquiries, triaging and scoping jobs with our field techs, and turning diagnostics into clear, closed estimates for repairs and future work. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be directly responsible for sales, scheduling, revenue, customer satisfaction, and improving processes. Build detailed estimates for inverter swaps, critter guard installs, cleaning, add-on batteries, and array expansions.
