Allied Health Systems is seeking a highly motivated and highly organized, multi-task oriented, flexible and who enjoys working with people to fill our full time Scheduler position in Lynn Massachusetts. The Scheduler carries out various functions, making sure the clinical staff are properly assigned to a patient with appropriate skill set, personality and quality care our patients deserve. This person must have excellent phone communication skills and be a team player. Communication is key with office and clinical staff to find the best qualified clinical staff for each patient while handling multiple situations simultaneously in a calm professional manner. Professional work experience required, homecare experience extremely desirable. The person must be enthusiastic and share our philosophy for achieving positive outcomes and high patient and family satisfaction. Teamwork skills are essential.
