ShareThis is paid by a company check no 1099 no cash. Cleaning can occur anytime after 8 AM but must be completed by 5 PM. Prefer experienced cleaners, but will train the right person. Must speak some English. Keys provided so a clean BCI is a must. Please provide name, phone number and where you live or attach your resume. $20 per hour 15 hours per week. Five buildings to clean so you could do one building each day for three hours for five days or multiple buildings on one day as long as everything‘s completed by the end of the week Sunday. There are outside walkways, which need to be kept up so being comfortable during the winter is a must. Basic maintenance, vacuuming, floors, elevator dusting.
