SharePosition Overview: We are currently hiring for a skilled and dependable Framer/ Drywaller/ Finisher to support residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and work well as part of a fast-paced, safety-first team. Key Responsibilities: • Frame walls, ceilings, and partitions to blueprint specifications • Install drywall sheets with accuracy and efficiency • Perform all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, and sanding • Maintain high-quality workmanship from start to finish • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades as needed • Follow all site safety protocols and company policies Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in framing, drywall installation, and finishing • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings • Proficient with tools and equipment related to the trade • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders or scaffolding • Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness • Reliable transportation to and from various job sites in the metro area Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience • Bi-weekly pay • Consistent, year-round work • Opportunities for advancement based on performance How to Apply: Please respond with your resume.
