Start immediately, top pay, full time. We are looking for in house metal roofers and subcontractors who install metal roofing. We are hiring immediately. We are also looking for experienced roofing and siding professionals ASAP. We are looking for people who install asphalt shingles and/or flat roofing. We also need people who install siding. Pay rates start at $25/hr for laborers and go up to $35 based on experience. We also do a lot of municipal work that pays prevailing wage, so some jobs you will get as much as $85/hr. Must have your own tools. Must have your own drivers license and transportation to get to and from the jobsite. We do have 1099 positions available but all prevailing wage work is paid on a w2.

I am looking for a quality guy to me help me with a specific project at a home in Elmhurst. I typically work in the West and Southwest suburbs. We are going to be remodeling a basement, hanging drywall, painting, installing a laminate flooring and other projects. Other project I typically work on include: Framing, painting, hanging drywall, mudding & taping, installing base trim, door casing, installing shower doors, install kitchen cabinets, installing tile and other. I have consistent work to keep us busy every day M-F for months. We work in the suburbs such as: Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Naperville, Lockport, Plainfield, Joliet, Aurora, Orland Park and other nearby areas. MUST have: * Your own basic tools. (screw gun, hammer, caulk gun, saw, tape measure, etc... * Experience is helpful but attitude is key... along with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. * Good transportation * MUST be reliable and timely * Start immediately Payday is by check at the end of each week.
