We are looking for additional crew members for our lawn care and landscape crews. Crew leader/Forman must have commercial experience. Salary pay for the right member. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE We work M-F with Saturdays as needed. 40+ hours per week with overtime after 40 hours. Start time is 7AM Pay is based on experience up to $25 per hour Lawn care members should have basic knowledge of zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, backpack blowers, stick edgers and other common lawn care equipment. Landscape members will help in the installation of pavers, retaining walls, plantings, drain tile installation, mulch, and other services. Must have reliable transportation. Be able to work well with other team members and by yourself. Take pride in your work. Pay attention to detail.

Play a large role in annual turn each year. Preventative maintenance and special projects. Maintain 24- hour oncall. All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager. QUALIFICATIONS Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in student housing - 2+ years. Certifications preferred. Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair as well as unit turns. Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator. Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule.
