We are searching for a banquet sous chef. We want someone who has experience in hotels or clubs and knows how to read a BEO and organize the food production for banquet events. This is not a job for "restaurant line cooks" , I need a a banquet sous chef that understands banquets. You will also be responsible for ordering, scheduling and inventories.
