Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team. This part-time position require experience working in the laundry department and cleaning guest rooms. The ideal candidate must have some prior experience with laundry operations to ensure efficiency and quality in maintaining fresh linens and towels for our guests. Your dedication to cleanliness and customer service will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet hotel standards for guest arrivals. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas within the hotel. Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Ensure a consistent supply of fresh linens and towels for housekeeping operations. Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and questions. Report any damages or repairs required to management for timely resolution. Ensure all lost and found items are reported. Qualifications: Punctuality and consistency at work are very important for this position. Some prior experience in laundry operations is required. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and fellow team members. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
