Camera & Marketing Specialist

Location: Elk Grove/Sacramento Area Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Company/Brand Focus: Personal brand centered around construction, leadership, craftsmanship, and storytelling About the Role We’re looking for a creative, motivated Camera & Marketing Specialist to help build and grow a dynamic personal brand around a hands-on entrepreneur and builder. This role combines on-site filming, content creation, social-media marketing, and brand storytelling. The right person will help capture the day-to-day of construction leadership from project sites to client interactions and turn it into compelling video, photo, and digital content that inspires and entertains. Responsibilities Capture high-quality video and photo content across active construction sites, workshops, and client meetings. Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Collaborate directly with the entrepreneur to develop and execute a content strategy that showcases leadership, craftsmanship, and creativity. Create marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms. Brainstorm fresh content ideas, including project updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand storytelling pieces. Manage analytics, engagement, and growth strategies across all digital channels. Assist in developing the visual identity of the brand (graphics, titles, thumbnails, etc.) Occasionally travel to job sites or events for on-location shoots. Qualifications Proven experience with filming, photography, and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends. Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and brand building. Comfortable working on construction sites and capturing live action. Strong communication and time-management skills. Marketing or branding experience preferred. Must be proactive, organized, and capable of running a full content cycle from concept to post.
