Looking for someone to take photos of properties for property inspection reports. The photos are only the outside of the building. Work load varies, require 2 days turn time from when I send you jobs. I pay $20 per property, work is queens, Brooklyn, sometimes Staten Island . (I will pay tolls). Photos can be taken from a phone and emailed to me. Payment is made immediately via Venmo,PayPal or zelle. I have work immediately.

Position Summary: The Grant Writer is responsible for identifying, developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals to government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources. This role requires expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, HUD programs, and related funding opportunities.
