Presidio is seeking a Server Engineer for a customer in Center City Philadelphia. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions. Patch management testing and coordination including development and testing security patch packages. Participate in technical on-call rotation. Installation and maintenance: Install parts (e.g. processors, memory, storage, NICs, etc.) for both rack and bench systems. Perform routine data collection and maintain systems, racks, power, network, and remote access. Serve as a key enabler for offsite resources by resetting systems, swapping out parts, and providing overall scheduling for server usage. Maintain lab server and network infrastructure and conduct automated tests on Clients Software/Hardware components. Configure Windows, setup PC from scratch, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Load drivers in Windows. Assist in maintaining IP Addressing database. Assist in maintenance and auditing of all monitoring systems. The Proposal Project Manager I will be responsible for ensuring all requests from Request For Proposals (RFPs), including task delegation, proposal process, and submission to the Sales team are comprehensive. They will manage the proposal process to ensure the final proposal deliverables meet company quality standards and all deliverables on schedule. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments Produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the organizations value proposition, coordinate proper governance and proposal sign off Improve proposal writing results by evaluating, recommending, and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and templates from time to time Review RFPs and ensure the Proposal team is prepared to get all needed details during the initial program meetings with the Sales team Research and analyze historical data and develop pricing models to support proposal efforts Develop reports as needed to support analytical and pricing efforts Initiate process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy Manage the coordination and influencing of proposal content to ensure the final proposal deliverables meet quality standards and RFP deadlines Own the proposal/pricing worksheet content from RFP through customer delivery.
