Production Associate – $17.00/HR Location: Albany, OR A local company in Albany, OR is hiring Production Associates for full-time work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This position involves working on a team that prepares and packages crack sealant products used in roadway maintenance and repair. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay: $17.00/hour Shift: Full-time | Evaluation-to-hire Key Responsibilities: Rotate between positions throughout your shift to support a variety of production tasks Load boxes into machines for filling Fill boxes with hot crack sealant (PPE provided) Push filled boxes through taping machine Stack sealed boxes on pallets for shipping Maintain a clean and safe work area What We’re Looking For: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a warm, industrial environment Able to stand for extended periods and switch tasks throughout the shift Dependable and team-oriented Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Job Highlights: $17.00 per hour Weekly pay Long-term opportunity with room for growth On-the-job training provided Team environment Interested in this opportunity?
