Responsibilities: - Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, Pleadings, Discovery, and client Correspondence - Assist clients with case preparation, including trial preparation, Depositions, and hearings. Perform Legal Research and summarize findings - Manage Case Files and maintain up-to-date records for active cases - coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts - Assist with e-filing and court filing procedures - Provide administrative support to attorneys needed Qualifications: predominantly family, civil, and probate -Willing to get their LDA if not already obtained -5 + years' Experience Preferred - Experience as Paralegal with Verification - Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree in paralegal studies - Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Research databases - excellent communication, organizational and writing skills - Must have a friendly empathetic , Reliable Presence in workplace -Days and hours can be flexible , offer Hybrid Schedules as well
