This position provides treatment-focused supervision and supportive monitoring for participants on their path to recovery. The ideal candidate will combine accountability with empathy, working closely with treatment providers, Tribal Court, and community partners to help individuals sustain sobriety, rebuild their lives, and successfully reintegrate into their families and communities. Responsibilities include preparing case updates for court, assisting with reentry planning, and connecting participants to cultural mentors and Elders for guidance. Qualifications, Education & Experience: • 1 to 2 years of experience in probation, case management, or social services, with an emphasis on treatment-based or supportive supervision, is preferred. College classes in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or related fields are preferred.
