About the Role Premier Services Group is seeking a Field Support Manager to serve as a critical link between our installation teams, vendor store personnel, and PSG leadership. This field-based role will focus on reinforcing installer quality, strengthening store relationships, and elevating operational performance through on-site inspections and direct communication. Key Responsibilities Store Visit Expectations: Visit 5–10 stores per week to engage with key stakeholders Proactively meet with ASMs, Department Supervisors, and Millwork Specialists Gather feedback on PSG performance, ordering concerns, and customer issues Educate store teams on the differences between PSG-managed installs and Central Selling orders Clarify roles, escalation paths, and PSG support resources Submit recap emails with key takeaways and improvement opportunities to leadership Jobsite Visit Expectations: Visit 20+ job sites weekly to inspect in-progress and completed installations Complete standardized jobsite checklists while also evaluating: OSHA compliance: Ladder safety, roof protection, saw safety, PPE usage Site cleanliness: Use of drop cloths, safe product staging, removal of debris Brand representation: Installer appearance, competitor materials present Take comprehensive photos (interior and exterior) for internal QA tracking Carry and distribute Lowe’s contractor shirts, buckets, drip pans, etc., as needed Confirm installers have all appropriate PPE and safety gear onsite Installer Engagement: Connect with installers on every jobsite — not just casually, but intentionally Ask structured questions to understand: What’s working well What challenges they’re facing (e.g., scheduling, materials, CX concerns) What PSG can do to better support them Ensure each visit results in at least one actionable insight to improve the field experience Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 3+ years in construction, home improvement, or retail management Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in documentation and use of basic digital tools (email, forms, photos) Valid driver’s license and clean background check Physically able to walk job sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet physical demands of field work Benefits Competitive salary Monthly vehicle allowance Opportunity to represent a top-tier Lowe’s Independent Service Provider Direct impact on quality assurance and installer performance Supportive leadership and operational team Apply now to help drive quality, safety, and operational excellence for our install teams and Lowe’s partners!
