We are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to assist in our physical therapy clinics. We pride ourselves in the professional care of our clients. An interest or background in the healthcare field is beneficial, but not required. Excellent customer service and team player qualties are a must. Responsibilities: - Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans - Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions - Apply modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound and cold packs. - Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist - Assist the front office with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and taking payments as needed. - Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas Skills: - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Ability to provide excellent patient service and care - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
