Scheduling Coordinator We are excited to welcome an additional scheduling coordinator to our team! This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the overall success of our business. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the schedules and locations of all technicians. Provide administrative support to the management team. Foster and enhance cross-department communication. Answer phones and communicate with customers professionally and efficiently. Work with vendors, utilities, and municipalities to address business needs. Pull permits and schedule inspections as required for projects. Schedule and track vehicle maintenance requests to ensure fleet reliability. Enter time-off requests for team members and maintain accurate records. Oversee office operations, including replenishing supplies, distributing mail, and light custodial tasks. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative services or related fields. Exceptional prioritization and multitasking skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Deadline-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges. Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software and tools, including scheduling and payroll systems. Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes is a plus.
