The shared community spaces include a living room with a smart TV (currently no cable or satellite but negotiable), dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, one shared bathroom, and a utility room with full-size washer and dryer. There's a furnished back deck as well as a furnished front patio. The home has many large windows to fill the rooms with plenty of natural light. The room does come with room-darkening curtains. There’s a bus that runs in front of the house that goes directly to WCC. The place does have ample off-street parking and it’s close to the freeway. In addition, it’s less than 3 miles to Fred Meyer, Costco, the Airport, Bellingham Technical College, Peace Health Medical Center, Bellis Fair Mall, and downtown Bellingham. There are also several nearby parks and walking trails. Rent is $750 per month, with utilities and (fast) Wi-Fi included. A $250 deposit is required, and the lease term is negotiable.
